Jennifer Williams - Principal
Ms. Williams is beginning her 22nd year serving Forsyth County Schools and her first year at the T. She graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and began her teaching career as a first-grade teacher at Chattahoochee Elementary School in 2002. She also taught at Silver City Elementary and Cumming Elementary, later serving as Cumming’s assistant principal for two years. In 2017, Ms. Williams returned to Chattahoochee as assistant principal for four years until being named principal of Chattahoochee. She served as Chattahoochee’s principal for three years. Ms. Williams is thrilled to continue to lead in the One East Community and looks forward to supporting the students and families of Chestatee!
Brianna Hundt- Assistant Principal K-2
This will be Brianna Hundt's 14th year teaching in Forsyth County, 13th year here at the T! Mrs. Hundt received her Bachelor's degree from the University of North Georgia, her Master's degree from Georgia State and her Specialist degree and Leadership Add on from Piedmont College. She has had the amazing opportunity to teach Kindergarten, EIP/ESOL, fifth grade, and third grade. Brianna is very excited to continue supporting students, teachers, and families as the Administrative Assistant this year.
Nick Sexton- Assistant Principal 3-5
Mr. Sexton is entering his 16th year in education and with Forsyth County Schools. Throughout his career, he has served in a variety of roles including Special Education Teacher, Social Studies Teacher, English-Language Arts Teacher, Coach, and Assistant Principal at the elementary and middle school levels. A proud graduate of Forsyth County Schools himself, Mr. Sexton is deeply committed to the success and growth of the district that helped shape his own educational journey. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University, as well as Master's and Specialist Degrees from Piedmont College. He also earned Tier 1 and Tier 2 Leadership Certifications through the University of North Georgia. Outside of school, Mr. Sexton enjoys spending quality time with his family, cheering on Atlanta sports teams, playing guitar, and reading novels. He is thrilled to join the Chestatee family and looks forward to this next exciting chapter in his journey!
Sara Thompson - Adminstrative Assistant
Mrs. Thompson has been in education since 2012. She has spent the last 9 years in education serving in various leadership roles. Mrs. Thompson holds a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood and special education from North Georgia College and State University. Her master’s degree is in early childhood education and her Specialist degree is in curriculum and instruction and leadership. She is proud to be a part of Piedmont College’s alumni. Other special certifications include a reading endorsement, dyslexia endorsement, and ESOL certification. Learning and loving children aren’t just passions for Mrs. Thompson; they are a way of life! When Mrs. Thompson isn’t at school, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her husband, Seth, and son, Sawyer. Mrs. Thompson is excited to serve as the assistant administrator for the Chestatee community!
